- Staff washrooms have been cleaned and walls painted.
- Kitchen has been cleaned and organized overall.
- Ice machine has been cleaned.

Routine inspection:
- Hand sinks fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
*coolers <4C
*freezers <-18C
*hot holding >60C
- Thermometers present in all coolers.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing dishes with >71C at dish surface.
- Glass washer sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
- QUATS (in bucket) for food contact surfaces at 200 ppm. Wiping rags stored in bucket.
- Bleach solution (in buckets) located throughout kitchen area at 200 ppm. Wiping rags stored in buckets.

Keep up with the general cleaning and ensure that you frequently cleaning hard to reach areas.
