Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (1) There was hot water at the start of the inspection but the premises ran out of hot water within half an hour. This is not acceptable.

Comments

On Follow-Up:

-Another 40 ga tank has been added to the original 40 ga tank to get 80 ga of hot water. There was hot and cold running water at the taps.
-Sticky fly traps are in use
-Sliding door cooler is at 4 degC on the top shelf, 8 degC on the middle shelf and 9 degC at the bottom. As discussed, move the working coolers from the back to the front and use these. Coolers must be able to maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below at all times.
