Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B9JTW8. No signs of pest activity observed during inspection. Dry storage food products stored in pest proof containers with covers/lids. Reminder to ensure that all lids are tightly closed. Pest control on site February 26, 2019 (today). Ensure all recommendations in report are followed. Continue to monitor for signs of pest activity. It was stated that pest control is to return for a follow up visit. Reminder to ensure that all equipment and utensils are stored in a manner to protect from potential contamination. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized daily before commencement of operations as well as before and after coming into contact with food.
