- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Temperature logs kept up to date.
- 200ppm Quats available in buckets throughout. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- 3-compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing.
- Time tracking system in use. No issues observed at the time of inspection.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in a proper manner.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. Recent reports checked.
- Back storage area satisfactory.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
- General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility satisfactory.

Facility is going through an ownership/name change. No other changes to be made.
