pH meter available for use but not utilized along with buffer solutions to calibrate meter and test final pH of fermented products.

Reminder to calibrate the pH meter once a month using a buffer solution.
Reminder to periodically test the final pH of fermented products.

Landjaeger product currently fermenting and to be be ready next week. Followup inspection on May 29, 2018 at 11am to test pH.
