Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several items in the walk-in cooler were not organized in a safe manner. Raw items were stored above ready to eat items (raw chicken and eggs). Staff in process of re-organizing when notified

Routine inspection conducted:
- Permit is posted
- Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
- All coolers are at 4C or below
- All freezer unit temperatures are satisfactory
- Hot holding units are holding food items at 60C and above
- 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing
- High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
- Food contact surface sanitizer both in bucket and spray bottle achieve 100ppm Chlorine
- No sign of pest activity
- Ventilation hood is clean

Note: New coolers have been placed in back area. A new Floor Plan is to be submitted prior to next inspection ~ 6 months.
