Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Peeled onions were stored in a milk carton on the floor of the walk-in-cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Operator re-washed the peeled onions, transferred them into a sealed container, and placed them on a shelving unit in the walk-in-cooler. Ensure food is stored in clean food grade containers and stored at least 6 inches off the floor in the walk-in-cooler.

Observation: Floor behind the chest freezers and near the backdoor is accumulating build-up of debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the floor in hard-to-reach areas and the backdoor to remove the build-up; correct within 2 weeks. Contact the district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection.

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Ware-washing sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a sanitizer container with a wiping cloth.
Hot-held food including rice was at or above 60 degrees C.
Walk-in-cooler and domestic cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
Raw meat was stored on the lowest shelving unit of one area of the walk-in-cooler away from other food.
Chest freezers and domestic freezer component were at or below -18 degrees C.
Ventilation hood panels appeared to be in a relatively clean condition.
Maximum occupancy limit was posted at the front entrance door.
A plexi-glass barrier was present at the front service counter.
