Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket containing bleach solution has 0ppm chlorine. An adequate concentration of sanitizer is important to reduce bacterial levels on food contact surfaces.

Corrective Action: Ensure the bleach solution has a concentration of of 100-200 ppm chlorine at all times. The operator has corrected this violation.

Observation: 1) Raw meat is stored above fresh produce and cooked foods inside the walk-in cooler. Raw meat juices could drip onto the fresh produce and cooked foods below.

2) Several bowls containing vegetables were stacked on top of each other inside the prep cooler.
The underside of the bowl could contaminate the food.

3) A block of wood was used to cover a container of food inside the prep cooler. Splinters from wood could fall into the food

Observation: Several tiles are broken by the screen door at the back of the kitchen. As a result, a gap is observed underneath the screen door. Pests could enter inside the premises.
