-2 Freezers measured less than -18C
-Food stored 6 inches off ground
-2 handwash stations equipped with hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-Hot held pizzas are discarded after 2 hours.
-Coolers have thermometers in place
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle is measured at 100ppm. Reminder to have the concentration at 100-200ppm. Solution can be made with 5ml bleach per 2.5L of water. Ensure bleach supply is adequate on site.
