- Dust build up observed on the vent hood panels.
- Water pooling observed underneath 2 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s):
- Remove/clean the dust off the panels.
- Address the water pooling issue. Wipe and dry the area.

Comments

- All handsinks (front, kitchen, washroom) are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single use paper towel.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Chest freezer at -15C.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 71C or above during the final rinse.
- Ecolab Smart Power sanitizer available in spray bottle. Solution measured at 700ppm DDBSA and 1875ppm Lactic Acid. *Ensure to clean the inside of the dispenser tube as there are some debris build up observed.
- Back door was open at the time of inspection but screen door was in place.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scooper stored outside in a designated container.
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Owner with valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate was present at the time of inspection.
- Overall organization and sanitation good. Ensure to not store any ready to eat products underneath containers holding raw chicken.

*Noted rubber seals of the prep cooler doors are not fully intact. Replace the rubber seals to prevent temperature elevation in the future.
