NOTE: reviewed last pest control report (Rid-All) for August -shows no pest activity

-Employee washroom has a lot of clutter on the ground and the cupboards above not being utilized
Corrective Action(s): -Clean and disinfect area

-Keep the goods organized in the cupboards to ease cleaning the floors

Reviewed COVID-19 Protocol:
-WorkSafeBC sick warning signs posted in the front and back entrances
-**Flow through for customers is not ideal -customers should only enter through the front and exit through the back (sign indication is best)
-All workers wear face coverings
NOTE: the face coverings should cover the nose and the mouth for adequate containment of the droplets

-**two tables not marked off for adequate 2m physical distancing -mark off the tables not in use or remove the chairs there
