Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door to premise left open. This door opens into a common space. Door leading to outside in the common space also left open.
Corrective Action(s): To prevent potential pest entry into the premise keep your back door leading to the common space closed. Alternatively a secure screen door can be installed at the door leading tot he outside in the common space.

2 compartment sink available for use.
Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
200ppm quats prepared through manual dilution. Test strips available for use.
100ppm bleach available for use in container. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Dry storage area freezer at -20 degrees C.
2 door freezer at or below -18 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
