General comments: - All handsinks stocked with paper towel;, soap, and hot/cold running water - Cooler temps </=4C; freezer temps </=-18C; hot holding temps >/=60C - 200ppm quat santizer present in bucket for cloths and spray bottles. - High temp dishwasher reached 71C on plate surface for final rinse cycle. - FoodSafe certified staff present during inspection - Temperature logs present and up to date. - No pest activity present - FIFO rule being used, good storage practices *- SS sink basin no longer leaking; dishwasher doors also fixed *- Drains have been unclogged, crevices have been sealed *- Slight build up of dirt and debris under cooking equipment is scheduled to be cleaned with power washer. *- Some plastic lids could not be replaced because they cannot find fitting/identical lids
