Quat available at 2 compartment sink/measured at 200ppm
- Request the chemical / sanitizer's test strips for daily monitoring of the sanitizer concentration ( for quat and chlorine )

Pest control: please remove the fly strips from the food production area/ contact the certified pest control company for integrative pest control measures.

Future recommendations:
- install the mop sink in the staff washroom ( this area can be used for a chemical storage )
- install the hand sink in the front, serving area ( sandwich making station can be also moved at the back )
- install screen doors at the back ( will reduce the number of flies entering into the facility )
- any future changes on the floor plan please submit the new revised floor plan to your local district inspector for approval

NOTE: please submit the food safety plan for the new food items ( fruit jams ) and lab test results. Food labels need to be submitted for approval.
