Follow up inspection:
-A pest control professional was on-site at the time of inspection
-The operator has agreed to implement a pest control program on a monthly basis via Canadian Pest Control Ltd.
-Snap-traps and traps with organic bait (peanut butter) are proposed to be placed. No chemical bait is permitted inside the food premises.
-Affected areas with droppings were cleaned. The only area needing to be cleaned at the time of inspection is the floor behind the ice machine.
-Plates were covered in storage areas.
-100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket. Food contact surfaces appeared in a sanitary condition and the operator mentioned that they had sanitized these areas.
-A leak was not observed at the handsink near the front servery area. Hot and cold running water was accessible at the handsink.

Please continue monitoring for signs of pest activity and keep up with the pest control measures (pest control program, sealing entry points, decluttering to prevent harbourage sites, and keeping the restaurant clean to prevent food/water sources for rodents). Also continue storing food in pest proof containers, off the floor, and covering plates/utensils. Ensure all prep. surfaces are sanitized every day prior to beginning food prep.
