- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (all walk-ins, thawing) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (all walk-ins, stand up) at < or = -18C
- Tray washer final rinse temperature reached 74.1C
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 71.4C
- Pot washer final rinse temperature reached 77.7C
- Thermometers available for all cooler and freezer units
- Temperature logs are being maintained regularly
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in multiple spray bottles throughout the facility
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner. Ice produced by this machine is not used for consumption.

*Stand-up cooler was maintaining ambient temperatures of approximately 5C due to frequent opening of the doors. Ensure the temperature is able to return to 4C or less. Arrange for repair services if this does not happen.
*All fans in the dishwashing area are dusty. Clean all the fans to avoid contamination of clean dishes and equipment with dust.
*Send recent pest control reports to the health inspector
