-Follow-up inspection to November 9, 2021. -Did not observe any hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection. -Bleach sanitizing solution at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection. Steaming attachment is sanitized after each use. -Paper towel dispenser still needs to be repaired. Facility has placed a roll of paper towels by the handwash station for the time being. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
