- Black counter top cooler at 3.6C.
- Black small beverage cooler (in the corner) - bit high/ but no potentially hazardous food/prepackaged "pop" only
- Upright domestic cold unit: freezer: satisfactory and cooler at 3.4C.
- Surface sanitizer/Quat spray at 200 ppm.

Kitchen:
Walk in cooler at 3.1C.
Walk in freezer - satisfactory.
All other coolers (prep.) = < 4 C.
