Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Several rubber maid bins and old plastic bus trays were being used to store food directly into the bins. These containers are not food grade and the plastic can rub off into the food. One bin had hot chow mein noodles in it.
2) Raw ground beef stored next to vegetables (in plastic bag)
Corrective Action(s): 1) Chow mein noodles disacrded. Use clear plastic food grade containers only.
2) Store raw meat below vegetables and away from any other food items in your fridge.

Observation: 1) All green wooden shelving units are dusty/dirty and require a thorough wipe/cleaning.
2) Clean inside the freezer (the upright freezer) next to the cooking line where there is food debris/dirt. Showed this to staff.
2) Remove any items not being used for operation. Lots of unused items on the green shelving in the back area
