A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers below 40F; freezers below -11F; thermometers present; and temperatures electronically monitored.
- Quats sanitizer used for cleaning of floors in meat storage aisles, and bins storing returns/damaged food items. Quats was 200ppm.
- General sanitation level is good. Sanitation duties occurring 24 hours a day (sweeping and mopping of floors), detailed cleaning of shelves and racks done monthly.
- No signs of pests. Abell Pest Company conducts weekly inspections to monitor for pests inside and outside the facility.
- All surfaces are in good working order and cleanable.
- All foods stored in groups and 6" off the floor on shelves or pallets. Chemicals stored separately from food items.
- No expired foods found.
- All in order.
