Previous infractions have been corrected. Cleaning of light fixtures, fans and walk in coolers completed. Walk in freezer organization has improved. Boxes of food in general are stored on shelving or above the ground on crates or boxes. New proposed freezer on the main floor is in the works and currently waiting to be ordered. Information about FoodSafe classes and renews for staff members. EHO will provide class dates later today. Facility now in compliance. Keep up the good work.
