Comments

Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
One-door cooler and second domestic cooler was at or below 4 degrees C.
Under-the-counter freezer and freezer component temperatures were satisfactory.
Temperature records were being maintained on a log.
Staff member stated that they thaw out frozen raw meat at the lowest shelf of the second cooler and store ready to eat food at the top shelves.
Food was adequately stored in the refrigeration units at the time of inspection.
Staff member had a chart of food allergens for each child on-site. Procedures to prevent cross-contamination issues (e.g. handwashing, using separate cutting boards and preparation utensils, cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces between use) were reviewed.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 74.7 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate. Temperature display of the dishwasher was in good working order.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Staff member on shift had a FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course certificate valid until July 17, 2023.
