Comments

Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse temperature reached 71 C at the plate level.
Dry food products were kept in pest proof containers.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Freezer was at -18 C.
Walk in cooler had an ambient temperature of 6 C. Ensure that this is lowered to < 4 C.
