Some cosmetic renovations done. Painting and some finish work. Finish painting the ceiling (add a second coat), and detail around the light fixtures. New lighting in dining area. Walls patched in kitchen area and some painting completed. Display cooler replaced. Cooling units less than 4C. Two under counter freezer units still not in use. Should be removed with old display cooler as well. Freezer unit receiving delivery so temperature noted between -6 and -13 C. Not sure the indicating gauge is working properly. Make sure to verify temperature with proper thermometer. Hanwash stations ok. Stocked with soap and paper towels (except employee washroom - staff fixed). Sanitizer at 200 ppm in sink. OK. Decal for operational year (expiry march 31, 2026) delivered to staff.
