A follow-up inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - The floors and food shelves have been cleaned and organized. - Unused items or equipment have been removed from the retail premises. - Rodent droppings have been cleaned up, and the surfaces have been washed and sanitized. - Flower display in the retail area has been cleaned up and re-organized. - All rodent bait and the bait boxes have been removed from the food areas. Glueboards only found to trap rodents. - Great work done in cleaning and organizing the premises. ACTION TO COMPLETE: 1) Contract a professional pest company to eliminate the rodents, complete a full interior and exterior inspection for entry and harborage areas, and then monthly monitoring visits. 2) Finish cleaning the retail food shelves. Discard old, open, or damaged food packages. 3) Daily cleaning of the floor and shelves to be done. 4) Keep the front door closed between dusk and dawn. Rodents are awake during the night, so once the sun starts going down rodents become active.
