-Foods items in the fish department are prepackaged fish -Walk-in cooler was at 2C. -Customer display area was at 4C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizing solution was tested at 200ppm. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm and properly labelled. -Temperatures are tracked digitally. -Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Foods properly stored off the floor and covered. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility monitored by a professional pest control operator.
