Floor, hot water tank drip tray, and baseboard tile repaired and/or replaced in back storage area. Floor drain seal repaired. No water accumulating on floor and area looks much cleaner. **finish installing baseboard tile behind beverage syrup station and seal the floor wall interface throughout so no water intrudes into wall. Freezers in kitchen area had condenser heater replaced (both broken). Condensation water will no longer drip out, but will evaporate. Wall behind freezer repaired. Fly population much reduced. Trap seems to be helping (picture taken of fly trap) in dish sink area. thank you.
