Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Hand sink at the back kitchen food preparation area is blocked by obstructions
2. Hand sink at the front bbq area had no paper towel
Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff immediately removed all the obstruction away from the hand sink. Hand sink must be kept clear, and free for hand washing at all time
2. Staff immediately stocked the paper towel for this hand sink. Hand sink must equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel at all time to ensure proper hand wahshing practice can be preformed.

- Sealing tile, handle (was very greasy), and inside the line coolers
Corrective Action(s): Clean all the areas mentioned above to prevent potential contamination and pest harborage.

- No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
