- stand up cooler = 3.2C - 1 door freezer (back) = -20C
- Stand up freezer = -18C - 2 door cooler (back) = 2C
- Prep cooler = 3C - 2 door white freezer (back) =-24C
- Display cooler = 2.6C - milk cooler = 3C
- coffee cooler = 2C
- Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface
- Ice machine & ice scoop kept in a sanitary manner
