The proposal was submitted on August 17th, 2021. - Besides the legal ownership change, the owners are proposing some renovations. - New floor plan is submitted (janitorial facility & staff washroom / changing room) - Communicable disease / COVID-19 Safety Plan (will be up to date) - # of seats will be 28 (total) - New application provided. The facility is closed at the time of inspection for renovation. They will submit the legal documents and call for an opening inspection.
