Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High-temperature dishwasher measured at 70C final rinse temperature after running it more than 8 times.
Corrective Action(s): Service the high-temperature dishwasher to measure at least 71C or higher final rinse temperature.

Temporarily clean and sanitize dishes using the dishwasher followed by using the 3rd compartment sink to sanitize kitchen equipment/utensils. The 3rd compartment sink to measure 100-200ppm chlorine. Facilty to conduct take-out only until high-temperature dishwasher is serviced to measure at least 71C or higher final rinse temperature.

Observation: Kitchen utensils observed to be stored in a open container underneath gas stove equipment.
Correction: Clean and sanitize kitchen untensils and store in sanitary manner. Corrected by: April 11, 2022.
Comments

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CD9TFQ.
The following infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-CD9TFQ.
-Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Kitchen utensils observed to be stored in container on stainless steel work table.
-No food observed to be stored on the floor. All food are stored on shelves in the walk-in cooler.
-Back hallway have been cleared of chest freezers, pots&pans, and food items.
-Shelving unit observed in the back hallway. Operator moved the shelving unit in the back hallway in the kitchen.
- Underneath the gas stove and storage racks in the walk-in cooler have been cleaned.

NOTE: Spoke with operator regarding unit 102 that was originally for additional storage. Operator informed that Unit 102 is not longer leased for storage.
