- Staff able to communicate proper manual dishware washing protocol

- Utensils maintained in dry conditions, cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
- Ice machine and ice scoop maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Pearls are all time stamped for 4 hours since production. Staff observed to discard expired pearls.
- No sign of pests
