-Follow-up inspection to January 16, 2024. -Quats sanitizer dispenser was serviced and tested at 200ppm. Ensure staff test the sanitizer concentration daily to verify the strength is at 200ppm. -Slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use. Ensure staff continue to properly disassemble the slicer for cleaning and sanitizing after each use. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required.
