302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Glasswasher sanitizer (chlorine) container full and serviced by technician. Tube line looks repaired. Tested rinse water and measured 0 ppm. Observed chlorine container "over" full and leaking at cap when unit turned on. Puddle of chlorine on floor. Transport lines inverted?? Corrective Action(s): Do not use this unit until it can properly feed 50 ppm chlorine into the rinse water. Have technician troubleshoot issues. Place sign on machine to only use bar glasswasher until repaired. Send picture of repair work completed and the test out at 50 ppm at rinse water. re-inspect on date noted on report. Violation Score: 5
