Meat slicer appears to be maintained in sanitary condition, staff onsite mentions that it gets taken apart, cleaned and sanitized after every use

*detergent is running low but delivery is scheduled for tomorrow
Quats sanitizer @200ppm, test strips onsite
Reminder: exhaust hood service should be done by end of the month
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection, back door closed at time of inspection
Health Permit posted and Foodsafe staff onsite

1) Owner needs to retake Foodsafe Level 1 as it has expired, new certificate has not been received to date. Please e-mail to undersigned.
2) Please obtain more working display thermometers to replace missing ones.
