Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff is using Fantastic cleaner to clean the countertops in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, use a foodgrade sanitizer to clean the countertops e.g. bleach and water solution.

Observation: There's grease buildup under and behind the cooking equipment. There's dust/debris accummulation on the fan grate of the walk-in cooler and the walls around the light.
Corrective Action(s): Get these areas cleaned up.

Observation: There's no paper towel holder/dispenser at the hand sink in the front service area.
Corrective Action(s): Install a dispenser as discussed.

Comments

- All coolers < 4 deg.C.
- freezers <-18 deg.C.
- hot holding > 60 deg.C.
- dishwasher rinse has 100 ppm Chlorine.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer on-site.
-All handsinks are fully equipped.
-The storage rooms are much better organized. There are no food items being stored in the back hallway.
