Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large bus pan of rice left out at room temperature. 25 degrees Celsius. Discarded.
Pan with roast lamb was 39.7 Celsius.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray sanitizer bottle had no detectable sanitizing chemical. Discussed - chemical bottle is not a sanitizer or disinfectant of any kind.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use this product for sanitizing - made up bleach solution at time of inspection.

Observation: Fruit flies noted in bar area.
Mouse droppings noted in back storage, behind bar, and in a few other areas.
