Observation: Mouse droppings noted under prep table and hot water tank in central island.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all mouse droppings are cleaned up and pest control recommendations are followed. Pest control report reviewed for initial service on Jan 17, 2020. Continue to clean floors thoroughly at the end of night to remove possible food sources.
Pest control service is monthly - ensure the pest issue is fully controlled and if required increase services to weekly until pest issue is controlled.
