- Hand washing stations equipped with hot / cold water, paper towel, liquid soap (*except one) - Washrooms equipped with hot / cold water, paper towel liquid soap General sanitation & Maintenance: - 2-compartment sink was in use during inspection ~ Bleach solution for sanitation measured at 200ppm - Sanitizer buckets containing bleach were mixed during inspection ~ Measured at a concentration of 200ppm - Food products were stored 6-inches above the ground - No signs of pests during inspection - Washrooms were clean & sanitary during inspection - Facility sanitation & cleanliness is adequate Temperatures: - Milk fridge internal probe temperature measured at 3.8C - Display fridge internal probe temperature measured at 3.9C - Sandwich prep-fridge internal probe measured at 3.6C - Front veggie fridge internal probe temperature measured at 3.9C - Beverage fridge internal probe temperature measured at 3.4C - Ice cream freezer measured at -14C; Contents were frozen - Deep freezer internal probe temperature measured at -22.4C * Hot / high temperature dishwasher is to be serviced August 7th, 2023, as per operator.
