Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AP6SU3. Wiping cloths stored in bleach water at 100 ppm chlorine. Deli slicer blade and surrounding areas cleaned. *Note: Some grease and debris observed on spiked pusher arm, which was then cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Please ensure that all components are properly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Food is stored safely at time of inspection. *Note: Owner has purchased new plastic bins since previous inspection for the safe storage of dry foods. Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
