Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Paper carton of raw shell eggs were observed to be stored directly above an open container of chocolate peanut butter cups.
2. Mango pulp stored in open metal can.
Corrective Action(s): 1. No signs of leakage observed from raw shell egg carton/no cracked eggs observed. Carton of eggs was relocated. Ensure that raw animal products (e.g. raw shell eggs) are not stored above ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination in the event of leakage. Ensure that all food items are properly covered.
2. Can of mango pulp discarded. Ensure that once opened, contents of cans are transferred to an appropriate food grade container. The interior lining of cans may become compromised upon exposure to oxygen.

Single use clear plastic piping bags noted on previous report were not observed.
Outstanding:
Cleaning required in areas noted on previous routine health inspection report dated 03-Jun-2019. Ensure all areas noted on report are thoroughly cleaned. Ensure waffle cone molds and gloves are properly stored.
Outstanding violations were discussed with the owner over the telephone at the time of inspection. Review violations noted on current report and ensure practices are revised accordingly.
