Routine inspection conducted today: All handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. Food stored protected. Bleach sanitizer spray bottle available. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected. As per staff, he is aware that all in-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every 2 hours - excellent. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink. Sanitize basin was set-up before the inspection - 200 PPM chlorine residual detected - excellent. Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
