Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers measured at adequate temperature. No hot holding foods at this time. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 75.8C at this time. 2 compartment sink is fully equipped for manual dishwashing. Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strip. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any concerns or questions.
