Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4L milk jug stored on ice at front serving area. Probed at 9C. Milk is a potentially hazardous food that must be stored at </=4 C to prevent the growth of foodborne pathogens.
Corrective Action(s): Ice slurry filled to surround milk jug. Ensure that staff are made aware.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel at main kitchen handsink. Paper towel is required to dry hands after washing with warm water and soap.
Corrective Action(s): Replaced paper towel at dispenser during inspection. Ensure that paper towel is always available for staff.

Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles at 100 ppm *reduced during inspection to correct concentration
High-temperature dishwasher equipped with detergent and rinse aid. Operating at >/= 71C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle.
Coolers operating at </=4 C
Freezers operating at </= -18C
Hot-holding at >/= 60C
Ice machine in sanitary condition
No signs of pests observed
