On Follow-Up: Natas are being stored inside a cooler now. Items to be corrected: Walk-in cooler was serviced today. Air temperature of the cooler is 6 degC. It's still not under 4 degC. Food stored in the cooler overnight was probed at 7.6 degC. As per supervisor on duty, this has been a recurring issue over the past year and before they franchised. If the cooler cannot be repaired, the cooler must be replaced. Follow-up to be conducted next week. *report reviewed, not signed*
