Screen door in place.
Production area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Display cooler at 4 degrees C.
pH meter available for use. New pH 7.0 buffer solution to be purchased and used for calibration. Log sheets to be maintained.
Operator to still provide information on Wiberg curing salt.
