Observation: Handwashing station obstructed with cardboard boxes and table. Handwashing station lack paper towels and adequate hot water for proper handwashing.
Correction: Ensure handwashing station is clear for any obstructions. Handwashing station must be well equipped with hot and cold running water, paper towels, and liquid soap to facilitate proper handwashing. Corrected by: July 5, 2021

Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-C4MUS5.

Correction Order Rescinded today due to the following action indicated in the order issued in report#JCHY-C4MUS5.
-Hot water available on-site for sanitary maintenance.

The following infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C4MUS5.
-No potentially hazardous foods (e.g.: eggs) observed to be stored in the walk-in cooler measured at 7C air ambient temperature. All potentially hazardous foods are stored in a cooling unit measured at 4C or lower on the merchandise floor.
-Hot water available at the handwashing station, 2-compartment sink, and handwashing sink in the staff washroom to facilitate proper handwashing, food preparation, and/or sanitation of food contact surfaces.
-Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Handwashing sink is clear from obstruction.
-Items not required for the operation of the food premise (i.e.: ladders and trolleys) are removed from the walk-in cooler.
-Light fixture in the walk-in cooler is changed to provide adequate lighting to facilitate ease of cleaning.

The following infractions in report#JCHY-C4MUS5 are outstanding and must be corrected by July 12, 2021.
-Service the walk-in cooler door and have the walk-in cooler to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.
-Service the stand-up freezers on the merchandise floor to hold an air ambient temperature of at least -18C or lower.

NOTE: Install a cover over the light fixture in the walk-in cooler to prevent possible cross-contamination.
