Premises currently closed to the public

Pest control monitoring situation, follow up scheduled in 2-3 days. Facility will continue using pest control to monitor situation. Pest control professional does not think there are any more rodents at this time.

Outside doors; require seals around bottom and any gaps where light can be seen
Inside door to basement, requires seal on bottom to ensure no entrance by rodents
Seal off any holes in facility to outside that may allow entrance of rodents
Currently area is under construction nearby and rodents are being relocated, ongoing monitoring is required.

Facility cleaned, shelves wiped down thoroughly, any items on shelves washed and sanitized, any items that could not be are discarded. Discard pizza boxes immediately.

Cleaning is required behind oven, grease build up on floor. Have oven hood serviced to determine cause of grease dripping back down upper pipe.

Remove shelves in dry storage that are not smooth easily cleanable

Items removed from facility, ensure no items are kept on site that are not needed for restaurant openings
