The premises operates as a water bottling plant. Raw water is obtained from a natural spring source and the water is filtered and ozonated prior to bottling.
No production was occurring at the time of inspection. Reviewed general cleaning/sanitation of the premises/equipment and conducted physical inspection of the plant.

The company uses its own truck equipped with a stainless steel water tanker to bring source water.
The tanker is cleaned and flushed with the source water at the time of filling.
The connection hose and its components are disinfected using 99% alcohol.
The intake hose is protected inside a plastic cabinet and it remains locked to protect against elements.
All production and packaging workers wear clean aprons, hair nets and disposable shoe covers
In-house HACCP AND GMP program in place.
Records are kept for pest control, general sanitation and equipment maintenance.
Basix (disinfectant cleaner) is used for cleaning and disinfecting the conveyers and other surfaces on the bottling line.
Ozone level is tested in the bottle to ensure ozone residual remains within 0.1-0.4 ppm.
Pest control services offered by Orkin PCO services.
Every batch of bottled water is tested for turbidity, pH and coliform levels.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
All chemicals and cleaning agents are stored in a designated chemical cabinet.
Cleaning and sanitizing of the water tanks, nozzles and other equipment is done as per the company's sanitation program.
No signs of pest(s) noted within the facility
Weather stripping is provided on all loading bay doors.
The plant is still working on completing SQF certification.
