Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Uncooked bacon and eggs were stored above lemons and tomatoes in walk-in display cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure raw food items are always stored below ready-to-eat items to prevent potential contamination of ready-to-eat items. Staff relocated lemons and tomatoes to a higher shelf at time of inspection.

- Sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Hot chocolate machine maintained in sanitary condition - good
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- All refrigeration units were equipped with accurate thermometers
- General sanitation good
- Staff stated two mice were caught on sticky traps in back storage area about a week ago - ensure to monitor daily for activity and keep storage area clean. Ensure to keep front door closed to prevent pest entry.
